It invites you to slow down, observe your natural pace, and transform the ephemeral act of breathing into an artwork on paper.
Drawing the Breath is a mindful, art and wellness practice that synchronises the movement of a drawing tool on paper with the rhythm of the inhalation and exhalation.
Participants can engage in various ways—from sketching long, flowing lines to mapping the "contours" of their breath or colouring shapes inspired by their internal rhythm.
No previous drawing experience or skill required. All materials provided.
